How long are theses grips?

If you are worried because they are listed as 130mm don't be. I have these and 135mm grips and there is almost no difference. These are the same length as most grips.

are these grips completely black or is there like 2 different shades? seems like the the grip itself is gray and the end caps are black.

they are all black it just looks different in the picture you can get grey and black ones though just a different option

Assuming the scooter uses standard bicycle handlebars, yes. If not, check the grip diameter. It should be about 22.2mm. If it is, the grips will fit.
