For those who are in areas that are frozen over, if you pull apart 2 or 3 capsules and pour them in each shoe it will keep your feet warm, I tried it and it works. You might need a few more in places like Alaska or anywhere similar to it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn't lose weight, but I lost BLOAT! *by on Reviewed in the United States October 23, 2020* I decided to try these cayenne pills after I read an article on inflammation. I'm not in need of weight loss so I didn't take it for that reason. I took one pill and I had very stark mental results. I had a significant depressive episode after taking only one pill: Not in a sad way, but a low motivation, low stress tolerance way. I sat on my couch pretty much the whole day. I pretty much chalk this up to being related to having a low blood pressure tendency which is contraindicated with high dose capsaicin.Luckily, this side effect lasted only one day. I haven't take another pill since. What I quickly noticed is that I've lost all my lifelong IBS-C symptoms. I have a long history of terrible bloat, very reactive to FODMAPS. I'm thin, but sometimes looks 6 months pregnant from bloat. I must disclose that in order to help the C part of my IBS, I eat two cups of steel cut oats every day with tons of blueberries and avoid meat. Meat makes the C worse for me. I became a vegetarian eating oats and beans every day. I don't even like beans but I was able to go on the regular with this dietary change before the cayenne pill. However, the extreme and oftentimes painful bloat remained.My life has changed with the one pill. I wake up every day with zero bloat and a flat belly. I wish I'd tried this years ago. Perhaps this was a fluke and just worked for me to fix my GI issues. (Don't be surprised though, you're technically eating Cayenne pepper in a pill, I mean, what did you expect?)Recommendation: eat a large meal 1 and a half hours before a workout, take this pill immediately after eating this meal, take this pill again immediately after working out (with Green Tea Extract, Creatin and Protein) and you will lose weight fairly quickly. Very effective weight loss tool for those who want to lose a few pounds or for those who want that final cut in their abs.
