With today’s global supply chain, many electronic components have a worldwide supply base and cannot be guaranteed to be of 100% USA content. The Fisher F-Pulse detects all metals including cobalt and titanium. **Q: how many inches above the soil is the metal detector able 2 pick up** A: When set up and used properly, the F-PULSE can easily detect coin-sized targets at depths of 3 to 4 inches below or above the soil. **Q: Does it have the latest software upgrade?** A: They should have stood behind the first version and recalled them as they were lemmons. Now they are tuned down and false less but they also lost detection depth.
