I put three bags directly into my freezer for future use. One bag will last me quite awhile. They are delicious and toaste up quickly. Already ate a half roll. Had to do this review immediately. Although I can't get it fresh from Boudin Bakery in San Francisco, the shipping is fast. Lightly misting and air frying it makes it almost as good as fresh. It smells great and tastes even better. The bread freezes well and enhances any sandwich to perfection.
