The boys 14-16 are too small for my boys would a mens Xs be ok?

We didn’t order a XS but I think that would work. They are short. We had a medium on my son who is 6 foot 3, 165 lbs

The description says 5 inch inseam but the size chart says 7inches. I ordered a large. What inseam will I receive?

I have 5 inches on the XL. I would assume that is the correct description.
