Does this game work well and have the manual and is the disc scratched bad

I be honest to you man,i used to plated in a arcade coin machine in Mexico,but honestly i din't even know if is scratched or if come with the manul,i try to see if the can worth a little bet low the price,but i belive,my guess is,the onwer believe,this game still be like when the first time,all this games get out to been sell,but honestly the game cost too much....the cost of this game now,could be like 7 like the godfather,but he or she,who ever the person is,want to give it like if this is the great luxures....thats all i can tell.

Why is it so expensive for a ps2 game where as you get the game at a swamp-meet for $10, this is outrageous Vendetta goes for like 15 on amazon?

I actually worked at a retro shop for two years,I only saw the game come in about 10 times between xbox, gamecube and ps2. If you can get it for 10 dollars I encourage you to do so.
