Can these fit a person with a small head?

I think so, depending on how small. The arms have a curve to them that should help keep them on even if your head is a little smaller. My head is average size for a male and the glasses feel nice and snug without too much pressure. They probably won't fit a toddler though. Hopefully you're not a toddler.

What is the lens width?

The pair I purchased are already in the trash. Didn't hold up to my profession.
