does anyone pay attention to Biosilk"s expiration dates on the bottom of the bottle?

nope. my bottle is so old that they didn't even put exp. dates on it back then. I just finished a bottle that I was working on for 10 yrs and bought a new one. The old bottle worked and smelled just as good over the 10 yrs as it did the day I first bought it. I wouldn't be concerned with an exp date for this stuff.

Do you use this after applying hair moisturizer, or before? And do you wash the treatment after you applied it? Or just leave it as it is? Thx

You use this drops after your conditioner ,towel dry your hair apply 2drops on your hair and comb it through.dont wash it , leave it on your hair,your hair is not going to be oil.it goes right into the hair . It's good for freezer hair,detangle hair also to make it shine it, without pulling the curls,.good for all types of hair

This can be used on dry hair and dry skin. It is not greasy. It is very light. I would not use it on wet hair or skin. Just my own opinion. It works best on dry hair and dry skin.
