Samsung 50-inch The Frame Customizable Bezel Modern Brown (VG-SCFA50BWBZA, 2021 Model)

So far love the Frame TV upfor 4 days now. Nice selection of free pictures some nice spa vibes hood picture quality. The instructions to hang the TV were not even close to correct. Would buy again

Contrary to the other reviews, my product was adequately packed and I receive it without any damage. This is a bit expensive but it looks so good in the frame tv.

Super easy to install and it softens up the frame nicely. Remote still works just as before.

Showed up broken. Other reviewers have said this so I should have known, but they do not seem to care about fixing the issue. This is a $150 piece of garbage plastic.

I love the frame tv, but these frames are very cheap and thin. I broke the one tab trying to get it on. It looks fine, but I am glad this one came with it, because I wouldn’t purchase it by itself if it wasn’t part of the bundle special. Get a different frame if you have one of these TVs.

Destroyed during shipping. What was left of the bezel appeared to be flimsy and of poor construction. When I asked for a refund, Samsung passed me from rep to rep for an hour and a half, eventually asking me to arrange to ship back the sharded remains of their product. I would not recommend. Purchased direct from the Samsung site.

Fits well and easy to install, but too dark brown. It looks too similar to the built-in black bezel from across the room so I returned it. I wish it was a bit bigger/wider so you could see the grain better (although it's plastic) so it would look more like a real picture frame

The Brown Bezel easily attaches and provides a completed feel to the Frame TV. The brown bezel works with our aesthetic better than other colours available. The bezel is made of plastic that make it feel a bit cheap, but it does what it is meant to do. If you are DIYer you could probably make something a little more grand, but you'd have to figure in your time/effort plus ease of construction & attachment. The bezel currently attaches with what I assume are magnets embedded in the plastic construction. Overall I like the simplicity of the bezel as the picture itself that you have downloaded, is the attraction piece.

Looks good, came well packaged. Still bitter that the expensive TV I bought called 'The Frame' didn't come with any actual frame(s). This frame is just cheap plastic (but it does look good), one or several of them could have easily been included in the box the TV (that again, is called 'The Frame') came in.

Easy to install and looks great but very expensive price for plastic finish product .
