So I did everything the instructions told me on how to fluff the pillow after removing it from the plastic wrap. I even left the pillow to sit for a few hours before using it. Yet, as the night progressed, it became very flat. I have used a pillow very similar to puredown's before and had a similar issue, but not to the extent. It felt like all the air I put into it go shushed out. This is my 1st time owning a pillow like this so, this could be a normal experience that I'm unaware of. I mostly sleep on my side and occasionally on my back, so perhaps it's not great for back sleeping. I still believe its better then the memory foam pillow I was using previously. I would say my quality of sleep was better due to the support for my neck felt comfortable not elevated like my memory foam pillow. The firmness was nice when it was still filled with air until it became flat towards the end of my sleep. This review was written after my 1st nignt of using the pillow. Edit: (few weeks later) 3 stars to 5. I actually really love this pillow now! I should have read a bit more about feather down pillows before making my review. It can take up to a week for them to fluff up nicely with a bit of aggressive fluffiing after you wake up. I love it more now then my memory foam pillow I use to have. I hardly have any hip pain or neck stiffness from sleeping!

These are the best pillows I have ever bought. They are super comfortable and I love that they don’t go flat. These pillows have solved my neck issues since I am a side sleeper, and the quality of them, really, I have decided since ordering, is amazing. They are super fluffy, and I do recommend putting them in the dryer when you first get them, per the instructions. The support is absolutely amazing. They don’t make me sweat either. The appearance is that of a normal pillow. The feathers don’t poke you either.

I recently got the Utopia Bedding Queen Size Bed Pillows (set of 2), and they’ve quickly become my favorite pillows for a good night’s sleep. Right out of the package, they fluffed up nicely and feel soft yet supportive. Fluffy beautifully soft feather pillows. I bought these to replace my old feather pillows. I do like them but hoping they loosen up after some use. Like all feather pillows you can fluff them or punch down to fit your head. Good deal for the price

These were full and definitely nice. Stuffed full. I know they will flatten out over time as I have the same ones I bought in 2010. I still use the old ones as I kept them in covers but the did compress. Perfect!!!

I've used "regular" pillows for years. I learned that you get what you pay for with pillows. I also learned that I liked slightly overfilled pillows, as they don't go flat as easily and last longer.... ANYWAY, recently stayed at a hotel that had down pillows and it kinda lit a fire to try some down pillows again. I had not tried down pillows in years, I remember not liking them because they tend to poke through the pillow case, and are super flat. But I was due for new pillows and wanted to give them a try. Did some quick research and ended up here with these pillows. Lots of good reviews, not an outrageous price, but also not super cheap either which I learned to stay away from... I thought these would be a good place to start. Long story short, I don't think I would buy these again. Either I'm just not a fan of down pillows (I don't think that's the case!), or these pillows simply are not filled enough. If you're looking for down pillows that don't go flat, either they don't exist or these are not what you are looking for, because these do go flat. Even using two of them, they end up going flat. It's nice if you're a back/side/stomach sleeper and toss and turn around a bit, but I need a bit more support than... flat. Next time I will do a little more research, I should have known better but oh well. Sometimes you do a quick Amazon search, find the popular item with good reviews, go for it and win. This is a loss for me. I won't throw these pillows away, they are usable, but they're not what I was looking for. Next time I will probably end up spending a little more and find some down pillows with a bit more filling. PROS? These aren't bad! The hotel ones I used were flat as well but it was a really cheap hotel, so... The hotel ones poked me a bit, these actually do not. Now I've only used the pillows a couple times and have not washed them yet, but I get zero feathers poking out so far, which is great. I saw some reviews saying there were some smells, but these had zero weird smells out of the package. No mustiness or anything. At the end of the day... These are not worth the money. There are cheaper down pillows on Amazon and surely they can't be any more flat than these. If this company offered other filling sizes I would totally repurchase the ones with more filling, but I don't see that option anywhere.

I've used these for about 2 months now. My husband's comment was "hotel pillows," I'm not sure if that was a compliment or not... He went pack to our old pillows (which still aren't his fav). But for ME this is what I NEEEDED. I have struggled with chronic upper neck/ shoulder pain since 2019. I've gone through at least 4 pillows recently and was sleeping on decorative couch pillows, because those seemed better than anything. I started seeing a chiropractor and she recommended feather pillows for side sleepers because they're adjustable. These are my first feather pillows, and I think the reviews helped me know what to expect. Now, these aren't perfect. But it's a reasonable price for a decent product that I would absolutely buy again. You will need to fluff them before bed (I saw a comment to push them down and drop them onto the floor from waist level, and that's worked great for me!), and may have to adjust them when you roll over. I just push more of the pillow under my head until I'm comfortable. I saw someone comment that these aren't 100% feathers, it's got some other filling, and maybe that's true. I also saw a comment that the feathers started coming out of the pillow case and poked some guy in his face. I mean yeah, unfortunate, and that has also happened to me, but it's not like a wildly sharp object. I just pull it out or flip my pillow over if I'm too tired. If you got a pillow protector it probably wouldn't happen? And if you readjust the pillow case it should help. There's less filling then I expected, but the level of adjustability has saved me and given me back quality of sleep. I still struggle some nights with pain, but my pain level is wildly different. Grateful for this product!!!

I waited two nights to give these pillows the review they deserve - AMAZING!! 1. This is the pillow you want in a pillow fight. Solid weight, could easily knock over an eight-year-old if swung correctly. 2. When you get the box (I ordered 2 King-size), only open ONE of the vacuumed-packed packages. Take the opened pillow, put it in the dryer (air dry), and let it tumble for 10 minutes. Take it out, and compare it to the still vacuum-packed one. Take a picture. Show your family. Be amazed. 3. Feather pillows do exactly what you want - want it flatter? Punch it down! Want it higher? Punch in the two ends, and build whatever loft you need! Need it cooler? Flip it over! Versatile!! 4. I’m not sure who convinced us to switch to solid foam, or chipped foam, or fake polyester down - THESE are the pillows that will stand the test of time, and will be all you talk about for the next month. People will start calling you “The Pillow Guy” because it’s all you will want to discuss.
