I have a malabsorption issue with folic acid. This affects how I absorb some medications so this form of folic acid is my rescuer. I've had no problems with it.

Vitamin b I believe to be good quality unfortunately it takes a little bit of time for to make a difference but there's no taste to him I'm hoping the absorb easy great value for the money.

I think I would make this a five if customer service hadn’t made me rewrite my review. I read my old one, there was nothing wrong with it. Anyway, my physician recommended that I take this. She stated get the blue bottle. I searched everywhere on the site. At first I found the 15mg. The physician then told me I only needed 7.5mg. So I purchased this one. It’s a good value. The capsule is not very big. It doesn’t have any taste as it’s a capsule.
