I am an amateur quilter...mostly denim and t-shirt quilts so I didn't want to spend thousands for a professional machine. I have been quilting up a storm this past month and this machine is perfect. The only negative I can think of is I can't get the automatic threader to work but it's not a big deal. I have tried several stitches, have quilted some baby quilts, sewn on buttons and piping. I am impressed. ### ⭐ Worst sewing machine. Don't waste your money. *by A***R on December 16, 2020* I was so excited to get my new machine. I read the entire users manual and started sewing. It was pretty good for the first 90 days. As soon as the 90 days passed I got a message on the machine saying Main Motor Overload. Of course I couldn't send it back so I looked for an authorized Singer dealer and took in in. They told me the motor froze up. They managed to somehow get it unfrozen (for another $99). I used it again for about 2 weeks and it froze on me again. Took it to a different place who said it is unrepairable. Now I am in the process of sending it back to the manufacturer at my expense. More money! I am out $600 for a machine that barely lasted 3 months.
