Buenas noches. Recibí mi TalkTools y apenas lo abrí para utilizarlo. Sin embargo, al probarlo noté que la vibración no se mantiene de manera continua. Ya cambié la pila en varias ocasiones para verificar si ese era el problema, pero el equipo sigue sin mantener la vibración. ¿Me podrían apoyar, por favor, con el cambio del producto? Al parecer presenta alguna falla y quisiera poder contar con el equipo funcionando correctamente. Quedo atenta a sus indicaciones para realizar el proceso de cambio. Muchas gracias por su apoyo.

Make sure to put top on right
Product works as described. I thought we received a faulty one as even though I had a fresh new battery in it kept turning off shortly after being turned on. Turns out I hadn’t put the top on properly after putting the battery in. My little one loves the input and I love that I can use the z-vibe tips with it.
