Ubiquety does not honor warranty. Even though they have the replacement item available for purchase in the store the warranty department can not ship it. As product it is expensive but you get a lot of bang for you buck. Easy to set up with decent features

Price Gouging Is Illegal
Ubiquiti is a good product. Cameras are fine. Price was inflated to the max due to unavailability. People should be ashamed of themselves for gouging others. Hope they made the big profit they were seeking.

These cameras are double the price of what you can get from the manufacturer when in stock. These people are price gouging, I have 4 of these and they’re great, but not at $355/camera.
