If not, what is? If so, will the old 1f83 wall plate work?** A: This unit is not the one I ordered, so I returned it because it did not fit. Sorry I cannot answer your question. You would need to contact a qualified supplier for this question. **Q: My thermostat's back light is on all the time. Is this correct ? Manual shows a "back light button" on the top of the thermostat. This does nothing** A: The one I replaced was also on all the time. So I did not even question the fact that it's on all the time.
