No. E-z track and Kato are not compatible. I found out the hard way and saw no way to work either with the other.

Why is this prime but requires like 5 days! thats not prime?

Check the product information again, If it’s actually through a third party vendor, the product availability and delivery is always an issue, especially if the vendor is outside of the country.
