Impressive. Tells me more than i wanted to know about my health and fitness. Makes it all easy to track and multiple people can use without the others seeing it.

Great Scale but I need to set up use of the hydration and BMI monitors.

I’m shocked at how well this scale works. My doctor recommended it to me. It’s really easy to use and the only set up was the app. I love that it tracks your progress. I haven’t waited a long time to order a scale due to other ones not being accurate or just not working. This was a steal for as well as it works!

This is a really nice scale. It registers the weight nicely, but when it tries to do the rest it only sometimes works. I don't know if it's my feet not allowing it to work or the scale just doesn't sense well enough.

I read some of the bad reviews after ordering this for myself and got a little worried when I saw the feedback others had left. I’ve only had the scale for a day but wanted to give some feedback. The first thing is that my girlfriend and I had a very easy time connecting to the app, all we had to do was open the app and touch the scale with a foot to wake it up and it connected instantly. She and I both weighed ourselves multiple times throughout the day to see how consistent it was and both had fairly consistent results for all of the measurements, especially given that body weight does fluctuate throughout the day. One thing I noticed is that the body fat changes whether or not you have clothes on, I assume because it’s looking at body conductivity and clothes wouldn’t be conductive but would add to your weight so the scale assumes it’s fat, which is also a bad conductor. It was .2lbs heavier than my current bathroom scale but I doubt that one is perfectly accurate either. I don’t know how accurate the other measurements are yet but they do seem yo be consistent so far which is all I’m looking for here. People pay hundreds of dollars for body scans, I don’t expect it to be that accurate. Although I’d love to do one and see how it compares. I would agree with some of the other reviews that some of the measurements aren’t very useful, like protein % but honestly I don’t even know what that means so it doesn’t bother me that it’s there. I like the app, I like how it tracks over time, my focus is fat loss so I’d love to be able to see if I’m losing fat or muscle because that makes a huge difference in how you look after major weight loss. I can’t say much about the accuracy/consistency over time or longevity of the device but it’s safe to assume that if I never come back and edit this that I found no glaring issues.

Great product worth the money.

I bought the scale in September 2025 and it has stop measuring anything except for weight only nine months later. I purchased a Posture Smart Body Fat Scale on September 8, 2025, through Amazon. The scale still measures weight accurately and connects to the Fitdays app via Bluetooth. However, the body-composition features have stopped working. Previously, after displaying my weight, the scale would cycle through body fat, muscle mass, water percentage, heart rate, and other measurements. Now it only displays weight and does not perform any of the additional measurements. To troubleshoot, I have: * Replaced the batteries with fresh batteries. * Confirmed Bluetooth connectivity. * Verified that the Fitdays app is receiving weight measurements. * Re-paired the scale. Despite these steps, the scale only reports weight. I don't know whether this issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and whether a replacement unit is available.

Great scale, works well and love that multiple people can be added on to keep track of different users.

It is easy to set up app and use on your phone. Information is great to track health and progress.
