This stuff works miracles. I lacatated my finger less than 2 weeks ago. A friend recommended this wound wash and said it worked wonders for a family member. After using it for less than a week, the area is starting to grow back. It cleans the wound extremely well with little to no burn. I was worried about infection, but this eased my mind. I can't get over how quickly the wound is healing after using this. As others have said, there is a chemical smell as it is not a saline solution.

My dog had an emergency surgery and a friend, who is a neonatal nurse, advised me to use this product to keep her wound clean and I have seen remarkable improvement at the wound site for the few days I've been using Vashe for her wound care.
