Best ginger root
This is by far my favorite ginger root, Iโve tried another popular brand and was not at all a fan. This one makes the best tea. My oldest son also enjoys it. We simply do raw honey and fresh lemon juice. I do use a lot more ginger than whatโs recommended, my like 2-3tsp more 8oz, we love a lot of ginger flavor!

Full of aroma
Indeed, very strong taste and aroma. I do not make any tea out of it, rather grind it in a coffee grinder into fine powder, and then mix with a bit of water or liquor - and the experience is fantastic (for those who can endure the raw spiciness of it).

Wow! This is some fresh ginger! So much better than the powder - Has the taste and zing of freshly cut ginger! I am really impressed, and can't wait to use this for tea, for a hair rinse, and for cooking. It's so good I was actually eating it right out of the bag. :) I've always been happy with Starwest herbs, the herbs are always fresh, taste the way they should, good quality, never had any problems with contamination or anything like that. Definitely recommend!

Worth every penny
Both my husband and I drink a LOT of ginger tea so this bag is perfect for us. My doctor told me that ginger is great for a variety of health benefits, especially for inflammation. Since drinking ginger tea daily my husbands back pain (he gets swelling in the lower back) has definitely gotten better. When it comes to pain relief we prefer to go with a more natural approach and this ginger helps us do that.
