Right before getting out of my truck I run my fingers back through my hair a few times, then kind of brush it back into place with my finger tips. If the wind blows it all around I just brush it back into place with my fingers and it still looks good. This pomade smells pretty amazing too, really love the scent. Too much and your hair will get too greasy looking and feeling, unless you are wanting that. Just a little will do and it keeps all the flyaways in place and has a matte look, not shiny. After a long time using it in my hair, I discovered it works well in my beard. I have a medium length beard and keep handlebars on my mustache. Works great to keep the beard in place and any flyaways down. Use a little extra in the handlebars and it works very similarly to wax. Here’s where I do use what would look like a little too much. In my hair, it’d be too much, but for the handlebars a little too much will typically hold it all day. I gave it 4 stars only because the current stock I’m working through, now going on several months, had a weird smell. All the others I’ve bought smell great. Not sure what happened with the current batch.
