This book in the beginning chapters itself helped me layout most of the symptoms that I have from this genetic disorder in the most detailed manner possible. I have decided that I will have to seek professional help for this developmental impairment and this list of details will help me communicate my issues as clearly as possible. It is thoughtful, articulate, and divided into the perfect chapters/topics! Very easy to follow and understand the information presented, but as someone with adhd, it is hard to implement (which is not the book's issue, but mine).
