Very good information in this book along with pictures on how to build different tools, hunting traps etc! I would definitely recommend!

I like how this book goes in to detail what you can eat in the woods, what you CAN'T eat, and how to prepare/utilize what you find. The pictures of vegetation is more like fine line sketches than actual pictures (they're very pretty), but my biggest fear is mixing up two similar-looking plants and dying from poison inside a Voltzwagon Beetle or something. With that being said: The book DOES describe many identification techniques for the edible plants, and is an impressive and comprehensive collection to reference. This is definitely worth a buy, even to mess around.

Easy read and super informative

It's an interesting read I learned a lot. I'd recommend it would be good for just in case situations prepping situations survival situations.

This is a great book, so informative and interesting. The book covers so many things that you need to succeed in the wilderness. Things like shelters, water and food both catching, cleaning and cooking.

Got as a Christmas gift for a person is really into outdoors activities. Went over REALLY well. He loved it! Plus, the texture on the book feels like tree bark, which is super cool. Legit a great gift! Ranges from things you can pick and eat to different ways to trap animals. Super interesting. It also has great illustrations to show you things, which makes it much more readable and enjoyable.
