This stuff is awesome!
I have recently developed an issue with MSG, so I constantly trying to find items to replace my usual spices. We eat a lot of chicken and sometimes it just needs an extra boost. The flavor is quite impressive. It is a little salty if you have problems with sodium.

Really nice flavor
I recently discovered an Australian recipe site (taste.com.au) and saw so many recipes using this stock that I thought I'd give it a try. I am not a vegan and the recipes did call for meat but still suggested this vegan stock. It is an easy to use powder and tastes great and has way less sodium than American stocks and bouillons. Like 15% less. I've made a couple curries from the website using this powder and I will continue using it moving forward instead of (not always but often) my normal American chicken stock.

Is this product processed with hydrogenation and why aren't the ingredients listed, Thanks.
I loved the flavor and the powder form, but I will not buy again until I find out if it was processed by hydrogen chemicals.

Smells rancid
I have purchased this product a number of times and LOVED it! I recommended it to many friends who are vegan and they loved it too. I don't know what happened, but the last two orders had a rancid smell and a funky flavor. The powder inside of the cans seems damp, too. I am so disappointed as this was one of my favorite products. I wrote to the company to see if there was a change in recipe or a problem with the batches I received, but I got no response. A friend ordered and got the same lot number and had the same problems, so beware.

Nice Ingredient label
I purchased 6 pack. Two of the 6 cans were not sealed. Mfg. Issue. I reported it to amazon and I have not heard back. Were shipped with detergent product with odor so definitely not salvageable. I have not used this product but like the ingredient list.
