Although more difficult to make, each comb is designed with a larger handle to give a more substantial feel. We have designed the teeth of the August comb to give the perfect amount of bite, not to dull yet not to pointed, giving a therapeutic sensation when using. The August collections are offered in two sizes, the pocket and vanity. Both sizes are ideal for travel, in a briefcase, toiletry bag or car counsel. So overall, the look of the comb is really unique. I like how the ink comb is dark blue at certain angles of the light, and a translucent blue at other angles. It has the potential of being an amazing comb, but it fails. The comb doesn't have a comfortable grip, the only thing keeping it from slipping out of your hand is that the end was cut into a T shape, which is what causes it to be uncomfortable at certain moments. The teeth are cut a bit too sharp for my hair. I have thick and straight hair, typical Asian hair texture, and it Yanks my hair at moments. I personally wouldn't recommend the comb to someone looking to buy the best luxury comb, as for the price I expected better.
