It came with a standard round plug that plugs directly into a reel of LED's. If that plug was the wrong kind/size, you can cut that plug off and wire the 2 wires to whatever you want.The 120V side has 3 prongs, so I'm assuming it is wired correctly internally. The power supply doesn't make any noise (buzz or hum) when it is plugged in.
