Let me paint the picture: I’m 45+, juggling a career, motherhood, aging parents, and trying to remember what day it is. I knew I needed a multivitamin, but every time I looked, I saw giant horse pills with weird fillers, or bottles that required taking 4 capsules a day. No thanks. Then I found Emerald Labs Women’s 45+ 1-Daily Multi, and it’s been a total game-changer. From the very first week, I noticed a difference. More energy in the mornings (without extra caffeine!), my focus was sharper, and those mid-afternoon crashes? Gone. I even felt more emotionally balanced—like the raging hormone rollercoaster finally slowed down a bit. What I really love is how thoughtful the formula is. It’s tailored for women in my age group, covering heart and bone health, energy, and immune support—without junk fillers, gluten, or animal products. One small, veggie capsule a day, and done. Almost perfect. I like the formula except for the Vit. A in palmitate form. I prefer all my A be from beta carotene. It could have a bit less biotin as well for me, but overall this is a decent formula and hard to find a multi with Co-Q10, and some of the other extras. I like that it does not have a ton of iodine. It has a non-soy source of K. I will continue to use.

I don't usually believe people when they say they can "feel a difference" when they take a supplement. My wellness dr. has me on a bunch of supplements. I can't really tell a difference with any of them. However, I did decide to switch up my multi. I realized within the next couple of days I was drinking less coffee and felt oddly more energetic during the slumpy time of day. I thought maybe I was getting more sleep. I wasn't. My sleep is consistently good. All I could figure out was that it was this multi. I am enough of a believer that I will be repurchasing these. They are pricey, but I really do think they are worth it. Plus, they are methylated. That was another reason for me to try these out. I know supplements aren't regulated, so the next time I purchase these I might not get the same response. We'll see.

I love that the only other ingredient is the vegetable capsule & that’s it’s made with whole food, non gmo ingredients. Cgmp certified & additive free!
