Almost perfect. I like the formula except for the Vit. A in palmitate form. I prefer all my A be from beta carotene. It could have a bit less biotin as well for me, but overall this is a decent formula and hard to find a multi with Co-Q10, and some of the other extras. I like that it does not have a ton of iodine. It has a non-soy source of K. I will continue to use.
