Easy to use but annoying background noise
Easy to use but there is always an irritating, loud crackling noise while the device is working on Bluetooth mode. However lencent team saw my review, got in touch with me and gave me a refund of the product. This was great customer care from their part. Basically, I even modified my rating simply because of this. The product definitely needs looking into. But they know what to do when a customer raises a genuine concern
