I unpacked these as soon as they arrived. The steel is shined to high polish which helped with the release of my bread. The metal is nice and durable but still lightweight. The size is perfect. I purchased these to steam my sourdough boules because I just wasn’t getting a great rise from my cast iron pots. It works for me. So happy I bought these, might even bake a cake in them one of these days.

These pans are a gem. The video shows one of the pans after I baked a chocolate cake in it. No burns no marks, no discoloration no warping. Clean up took less than 2 minutes. Wonderful addition to my baking needs.

Perfect size for my flan!! So far is really good Ill use it couple more times and I’ll be back if I see any issues. 10 eggs. 1 condensed can milk, 1 evaporated can milk, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cream cheese Philadelphia bar and you will have a perfect flan in this pan!
