This detects every slight change. It is very sensitive. The dual display is useful. It is good quality and easy to use. It does detect some EF in areas where spooks have been seen, and there is no electrical wiring there. So this confirms the sightings. It detects the EF and MF around my devices and shows why it feels weird to stand close to them when they're in operation - some things have a high field. This device display turns red when the levels detected are high and it bleeps. It bleeps faster as the levels get higher. It is easy to silence the machine so that it doesn't bleep. It also shows temperature and humidity. Such a good price.

This could be human error guys but when compared to emf reader my friend borrowed from work, it old but a trusted brand. The trusted brand gave us the same reading each time where as this sometimes varies. We have to turn it off and start from scratch and not just reset it or get a continuous reading each time. In all honesty it’s been sat in the box since.

What a great EMF reader, I got this as often wonder how much electro magnetic radiation is being leached into my house from the 100s of electrical devices we have dotted around the place, was quite impressed to find out the thing I was most worried about (the router) actually didn't leak as much EMF radiation as I had expected, in fact almost stayed in the blue screen. But not quite.However another device from a very famous online shopping brand was CRAZY Red, that's the colour the screen goes when the reader picks up EMF Radiation.It's interesting to see how many devices actually give off so much, compared with others. A very lightweight and easy to use device, The screen stays a nice easy to read black on green when no readings, and then changes to an angry black on red you have now reached defcon 1 level of craziness when it picks up any EMF radiation. Wonder if my life would have been better being blissfully unaware that I am slowing turning into a green comic book monster with all of the radiation in my house. The kids can use this to go ghost hunting too, so will be finding all sorts of ghouls and ghosts too soon.

I have literally only just received this. I requested it as I wanted to test something which does not involve hunting ghosts. I initially charged it up to full and switched it on in my computer room, with 2 computers 3 monitors, web cams etc, and all was well. The screen is easy to read and you can change settings like automatic power off, the beep, the backlight, holding the reading and reading the temperature by short or long presses of the 3 buttons on the front. I then went out into my back garden and this device lit up like a Christmas tree, screen flashing red and showing danger and beeping all over the place. This is what I wanted to test as we have high tension power lines going across our garden and when I went out there a few months ago to install an outside light, I used a Fluke Volt stick, which is a non contact voltage detector to check I had turned the correct fuse off and to my surprise the volt stick lit up showing a voltage when I just held it above my head which I thought was a bit odd and this device seems to confirm something is a bit off. What the numbers mean I do not know yet and will have to investigate further to see if there really is any danger, although if there is I'm not sure what I can do about it apart from move, or clad the house in tin foil. In some ways I wish I had not requested this, but 5 stars as it seems to work and detects something. How good it is at detecting our departed I do not know, maybe someone else can tell you that, all I know is this has spooked me a bit. I hope you found this review helpful.

Seems cheap. Unsure how accurate it is, but seems to be a hit and miss when trying take readings.

This is a nicely made little device that is light weight, compact, and very easy to use. What it is actually useful for is another matter. The frequencies it can detect rule out a lot of background radiation and waves. It is completely ignorant of WiFi and Mobile signals for example, but I have found it useful for tracing household mains wiring behind walls. In general I need to be very close to the source to get any reading, but I can see elevated readings over background near to devices with large transformers in my house (my PC UPS for example), and outside under the high voltage power lines. With regards to ghosts, I don't have any in my house (certainly none that care to make a fuss anyhow), but I imagine if you do, and they are right next to you oscillating in and out of this plane with enough gusto to generate a magnetic field at the appropriate frequencies, then this gadget will light up with as much enthusiasm as Egon's PKE meter. Overall a useful tool, but not quite as awe inspiring as I would have hoped.
