The baked bits will just flake off with your finger. Wipe it clean with a paper towel and then use some soapy water and rinse it out. No need to really scrub at all. I also used a soft bottle brush to give it that quick wash. Not harsh at all and got into the crevices. Not like that really needed to be clean. This little pan is such a gem. Amazing quality and heavy too! This is the kind of product that is heirloom. It also makes you feel so fancy and elegant so effortlessly.
