I’ve been looking for something to stabilise my ankle when running. I stopped running for 18 months but started again recently, the old injury resurfaced instantly. I had an ankle strap but that wasn’t helping in the slightest. This was more than i wanted to pay but it’s actually been worth every penny. The injury would bench me for at least a week without this and now I’m running 3 times a week with no issues at all! It’s so effective I ordered another for my other, slightly weak ankle.

I purchased this after badly spraining my ankle. This gives great support and is thick enough to provide the support, yet still comfortable to wear under a sock in shoes or trainers. I've worn this for 6 weeks now, every day for the first month and now down to every other day, at no point has it stretched or not provided the same feeling. Would def recommend this ankle support.

Compression, excellent!

I got this after spraining and getting a small break in my ankle. Having a support that strapped around the ankle was only going to hurt more, so I tried this. Great brand and have used before, so trusted it to be good quality compared to some of the unknown brands on Amazon. I would say this is suitable for light support only and not a significant injury, going on my experience. What I liked: ✅ The quality, yes. Still good, well stitched, well designed, and the markings helped me to see that I'd positioned it correctly. ✅ The sizing of it worked well for my foot ✅ It was very comfortable ✅ I could get it in a trainer to use it for walking, though it wasn't effective for me... What I didn't like: ❌ For the amount of effort it took to get it on, I was expecting more support. I could still aggravate the sprain very easily (it was a comprehensive strain, affecting all sorts of muscles around the ankle, and the Achilles tendon). It would not give me more confidence when walking. In the end I had to go for a different kind, and only when the sprain had healed enough to wear it. So, there's nothing bad about this; it's a quality product. But, try to be mindful when just looking at pictures as to how much support you might need. You might find you get through two or three before you find the right level of support.

Very good support. I bought one from CVS originally and it was a perfect fit. The only issue I had with the ones I bought here on Amazon, is that they were too loose above the ankle at the brim....so no support there for me. Tried two and both had the same issue. Probably a bad batch. Sadly, I had to return them. It will be ok for someone with big ankles.

We tried many ankle compression supports None had the flexibility and strength Glad I found this on Amazon.

Overall, I like the compression and ease of putting it on. My ankle pain has definitely decreased after wearing it daily. I was hoping to be able to wear it with sneakers and it's a little too thick for that. I tried it one day and it felt like the circulation to my foot was cut off. I just wear it around the house or when I have sandals on. Would purchase again.
