This charging/data cable is simply all you need for your iPhone (if it still uses the lightning port). There are plenty of aftermarket cables out there and I’ve tried many more expensive ones that have failed. No need for any fancy braided sleeve cables - this is sturdy, does the job and most importantly does it well.
