It will not separate and is not transfer paper, nor does it have any adhesive. It is to be used and folded as is. It is not foil that is attached like you remove from chewing gum wrapper. It is design to wrap around the already wrapped candy bar. If you attempt to wrap an egg the paper will be wrinkled and not esthetically appealing.
