GOOD STUFF
Works for me. All I need is one. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom as soon as I go back to bed, I go right back to sleep. I get a good eight hours. No restlessness. Fully rested and no feeling of hangover. When you get older sleeping gets harder because of your serotonin levels. This is the best thing I have found. Works perfect.

This Works!
I’m pleasantly surprised that these work for me for sleeping. Tried these twice, 2 pills at night. Kept through the night; kept me from waking up at 2am or 3am. Without grogginess. Best non prescription sleep aide I’ve tried - And I’ve tried many.

If I cant sleep, I take this & it calms my nerves, putting me to sleep in less than a half hour usually.

Less expensive than Hyland's Nerve Tonic, but not as effective.
I hoped these might work as well but cost less than Hyland's Nerve Tonic. Unfortunately, these tablets don't dissolve as easily nor have the same effect as Nerve Tonic. On the rare occasion I can't fall asleep, taking 4-5 Nerve Tonic tablets does the trick within minutes. Just wish Hyland's hadn't DOUBLED the price-per-tablet of my tried-&-true sleep aid! :-/

Helpful in times of stress
These have been helpful for moments of stress and anxiety. I like that I don't get drowsy from them.
