Mannnnn I love this stuff. It calms you. I use to buy natural calm but the price has gone up like crazy over the years. I take 2 teaspoons. This magnesium powder is what draino is to a clogged pipe. Mix it with a half a glass of juice and drink it like a shot. Don’t play with it. It’s not acidic like natural calm. It’s chalky. STAY HOME!!!!!!! Because you’ll be in the bathroom a lot.

A bit grainier than a previous batch. Tasteless and no aftertaste.
Edited: This batch is a bit more granular than a previous batch from the same seller. It has no off tastes, seems clean and pure. We tested it by putting a bit in vinegar and it dissolved completely, a sign of pure mag carb. Other than the texture, it seems to be as advertised. It does have the Prop 65 warning, but minerals from the Earth often contain natural elements. There are Lab Pure certified versions, more expensive unless purchased in larger, bulk quantities.

Works well
I used to take CALM magnesium powder before this, the flavored one you mix in water. Didn’t wanna put out the money for that again, so I got this magnesium instead. I read the other reviews first, so I didn’t mix this in water. I just put it in edible rice paper (like I do with all powder supplements) and washed it down. I highly suggest looking into edible rice paper if you have an issue with taking your powdered supplements or have been looking for an easier way. All in all, this magnesium product works just as good as the CALM packets.

What is a serving size. Doesn't come with a measurer. How are we supposed to know how much to take.

Plus Calcium Phosphate Tribasic, for tooth hygiene.
For decades I’ve been mixing equal amounts, by weight, of MgCO₃ and calcium phosphate, tribasic. A spoontip’s worth of this mixture, I place between my teeth and cheeks (left down, up; right ditto) before I tuck myself in. The result is a pH of about 8 (seawater), which lasts for hours, and prevents any caries bacteria from producing cavities, because for that, they need a lower pH to dissolve the calcium phosphate of tooth enamel.
