Would this work on a single coil go kart to create a pick up signal to be sent into a pick up input on a data logger?

Can I use for a 2001 bmw 330ci?

For an dash or an external tachometer, I would think so. This is a pretty useful device In my opinion, and should work, as i think that the BMW uses a coil on plug system.

A must have!

I was always irritated that my Crown Vic didn't have a tach, as it's one of those gauges I feel like every car should have. I picked up this and a Blitz tachometer. Was very easy and straightforward to install. Took me an hour or so. Tach operates properly and smoothly, no problems whatsoever Word to the wise: Definitely use the bullet style connectors, that way if you try to splice into the wrong wire (like me) you can put everything back to how it's supposed to be.

Worked perfectly for my Coyote.

I needed to add RPM signal to my dashboard for my Coyote swap. I tried a different product, but frankly the signal was too noisy. Finally, installed the 9117 and had it running in a couple of hours installed and all! Great product plugged right into my OneGauge digital dash.
