Just excellent.
There's no reason to spend more on the guady-labeled Barons or Jardine kits. It's a perfect fit! The instructions included are complete and comprehensive and whether you pick up the "Raw" or "Chrome" versions of the kit, it's a good look. Construction is solid. This is well made, easy to install (heck of a lot easier on oil change times in the future!) and for the price, you just can't beat it. Extension Depot staff : great people. Excellent communication. Very flexible, communicative and helpful.

Quality and price
I used it on Yamaha v star. It was easy to install and there have not been any leaks. My v star is a 2007 classic and I did not have to modify the bracket for the rear brake reservoir. However I did have some what of a challenge re-mounting the reservoir.

Does Away With Having to Remove the Exhaust with Each Oil Change
This oil filter relocation kit is a must for any Yamaha V Star 1100 owners who change their oil more than once per year. The design of the V Star necessitates removing the exhaust each time you change your oil, an asinine design flaw. This kit was a fairly simple install, a caveat being that the aluminum nipples for the braided lines are quite soft, so care must be taken not to cross thread or over tighten. I liberally applied high temp gasket sealant to all fittings and it went together quite smoothly. I didn’t have to relocate my rear brake fluid reservoir either, as some other kits require. The brushed aluminum finish is attractive, and can be polished fairly easily to a chrome like appearance, if desired. It accepts a K&N spin on 303 filter, which can be ordered in chrome, if desired. In all, a very worthwhile investment. Very pleased.

Good product, just take your time.
Good product. Be careful and you wont shear anything like others on here. Use thread tape or thread sealant. Be gentle on the aluminum nipples.Had to take entire exhaust off but I would of just to change the stupid filter anyways. Also had to loosen right floorboard.07 v star custom 1100. I did not need to do anything to my rear brake reservoir as others on here mention.Took me 2 hrs. If I had to do it again maybe 45 mins. Spent a long time backing out a bolt I didnt need to remove (on the rest exhaust bracket).Looks good no leaks so far.

They have to fix the supply lines
Supply lines are too thin and my motorcycle oil light turn on and off due to the poor oil flow.

Design issue but works great
The attachment bracket is a little too long and impedes on the space where the brake fluid reservoir is (lose an inch or so and it would be almost perfect). Had to bend the welded bracket of the rear brake reservoir to make space for the ORK and it was still very TIGHT!! I couldn't put it further away on the other side of the reservoir for the oil hoses were too short and it goes in ONLY ONE WAY... which means bending the welded bracket out away from the bike frame. It was hard to install for the lack of space to work. The bracket underneath was hitting on the engine; it had rounded corners on both sides (unlike the images on Amazon where one corner is stepped, which I think would have helped) and it could not swivel more than maybe half an inch total from the rounded corner hitting the engine (and being so tight between the engine and brake reservoir). The short oil lines also make adjustments further or closer impossible. It could only be in one location.Had to be mostly assembled before installation due to being so tight between everything else. There would have been no way to get a wrench in the space to tighten anything after mounting to the frame if it wasn't done so before hand.Brushed metal conflicts with the polished chrome and unfortunately you lose the Yamaha branded chrome engine cover. The fittings are aluminum and are susceptible to stripping if over-tightened. So be sure not to overdo it or replace these parts with more durable brass or metal.Being made for Yamaha XVS1100, I was surprised the ORK's design forces you to adjust the location of some components on the bike. I eventually got the thing installed after finagling things around on my bike for like two hours. I also used oil-line high-temp thread seal liberally.I added about ten new possible places for leaks to occur by installing this kit (as would have been the case for any ORK) but I feel confident in my thorough installation to say it was a success. At least now I don't have to remove the pipes just to change the oil.A redesign for the bracket is needed for this kit. And rid the aluminum fittings for metal or brass.

Very happy to not remove my pipes to change oil!!!
Since amazon won't allow half-star review I'm giving this one a "4 1/2"...The good: Well made, quality item. Saving $100 over the competition by assembling myself well worth it: $3 worth of threadlock and PTFE thread tape well worth it, and I'm happier knowing it was done "just right" vs. trusting someone else's assembly. Now installed and running nicely, not even the hint of a leak. Absolutely thrilled that I never have to go through taking my pipes off to change oil again... Maybe it's easier with stock pipes, but my Cobra 2-into-1 pipes are an absolute bear to remove... Happy and pleased customer. What could improve: On some years of vstar 1100 (including my 2004) you must relocate the rear brake reservoir to install. Not a big hassle, and when I inquired, company told me they're updating instructions to suit. One of the nipples arrived with mashed-up threads, which they quickly and happily addressed by sending a replacement.Overall, a solid 4.5 stars for a well made, useful and helpful product at a great price.

Very easy to install.and works great! I do have 2 concerns. They stick out beyond engine about a 1/4 inch?? They are same price as Barons kit but this one is not finished surface,I wanted chrome but this is all that's available ,Barons are sold out everywhere. But a quality filter kit.
