**Q: Does the glue on the plug adhere instantly, or, do you have to give drying time before restoring the tire to the proper preasure?**
A: These brownish orange wires are more heavy duty than anything you'll likely need. They are very tacky, but I don't think they "dry" at all. Because of how they are inserted, the air pressure keeps them jammed in the hole. You're essentially putting a loop into the tire which is too big to work its way back out. But as other people said: plug, pump, and go.

**Q: Do these plugs require vulcanizing glue to form a seal with the tire?**
A: I have a terrible habit of plugging tires for random people on the side of the road, so I've done it once or twice. I've seen these things last 10,000 miles, but in all honesty that's not what they are for. Just as with my tires and the recommendation for anyone I help: either replace the tire asap, or have the plug removed and replaced with a proper inside-the-tire vulcanized patch. And as always, if you're keeping the tire with the patch or the plug: have it rebalanced after.

**Q: What are the tools made out of? Steel?**
A: All of the tools are metal and look and feel more than strong enough to do the job. This is NOT your typical Chinese quality tool kit

A: I have the same kit. Mine is made in china. But I will have to say the quality is ok.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great save me a lot of money instead of replacing my tire

I did a lot of research on this topic. I had a old tire that already had a plug in it and the local tire place said they won’t replug a plug. I looked in a different types of plugs spent some time on YouTube and in the end I decided on this type to prolong the life of my tire. I’m gonna lift my van and get bigger tires and different suspension so I don’t wanna waste some money on tires. I didn’t really want this seem like a great solution .It’s been a couple months and so far so good I realize it could leak air slowly maybe it did. The PSI was down a smidge after a couple weeks but I check on it every so often and it’s fine overall. I had a friend of mine who joked to me. He had nothing but bald tires, and plugs and an old truck for years and he felt like the plugs created tread. He joked about it I’m not saying that’s what I’m doing, but , I’m prolonging the need to buy new tires that are undersized until I left my van and put the money into the right tires so I bought a second tire repair kit for our little car we kick around in. If you don’t have anybody to fix your tires and you’re out of luck, this does the trick seems like the same thick versions that I’ve had Roadside Assistance crew's use to get me back up and running once when they didn’t have the correct tire for me. I’d highly recommend it. It’s a nice gift too especially for preppers because they know no tire place will be available in the future. Even saw a guy on YouTube. Use two plugs to fill a hole and it worked. Yep I guess you can do that. It has everything you need minus the soap to test the leak.Lol
