Delicious. I can tell when I use these, that I retain the water I'm drinking better than when I don't. I put one packet in per 32oz, and it's perfect. If you put it in a small water bottle, the taste is pretty intense. But, they don't clump, and they taste good. A bit expensive I think but I don't mind. I fly on military cargo planes, and staying hydrated while flying is tough. These help me in flight and on the ground in hot locations to stay hydrated and feeling great.

Arrived fast and well packaged. Flavor is refreshing with a nice balance of watermelon and salt—not too sweet. Mixes easily in water with no clumps. Works great for hydration during workouts and throughout the day. Quality feels premium and consistent. Only note: taste might be a bit salty for some.

I love the flavor of these electrolytes. The watermelon flavor is my absolute favorite! Nice and handy in single serving packets. Easy to slip a pacjet in a pocket to use while out and about. They are very effective. I do enjoy the convenience and the flavor. Only thing that I do not like is that it has fake sweetener in it and I personally try to avoid fake sweeteners. However, if you can use these sweeteners these handy little electrolyte packets are perfect. Great price as well.

LMNT is a very good product for rehydration. Pricey but has essential elements. Easy to use and good flavor. I’m 60+ male and use after picklball and gym workouts to help with night leg cramps. I’m concerned over 1000mg NA per packet so I usually take 1/2 dose per day when using. Fill a 160z bottle and drink 1/2.

I love this product but you gotta understand what it is you are using. It can be a bit of a shock at first. It’s quite salty. So I just use it sparingly in my water. I like the taste. I do believe it’s healthier than plain water especially if you know you are dehydrated Easy to use and to me, tasty.

I have POTS and need to drink a lot of electrolytes. I started by trying LMNT and didn’t need to look any further. I love the taste of the watermelon, raspberry and lemon flavors. While it is salty, I find it to taste less salty than liquid IV which I couldn’t seem to stomach. It mixes into ice water pretty well. I usually mix with 16oz of water.

I complained it’s expensive but I actually crave the watermelon one. It’s great for workouts!

Great energy booster. I use twice a week. Tastes good.

Unhappy with the product... it said to be sugar free but has artificial sweeteners, Stevie. Hate it, hate taking Stevia. Would like to return it. And received with damaged packing.

Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.
