Healthy? I don't know about that. Low calorie count? Hmm. Not sure on that one either. What I can say is these are pretty decent compared to big box store and name brand. Plenty of filling. I keep a variety in the car for my husband's dialysis and Dr travel days. Quick portable snack keeps him satisfied until he gets a proper meal. Highly recommend this purchase

These were decent, but only gave 4 stars because the "grain" portion of the bar tastes very much like whole grain. Hard to describe, but it IS a good bar. I LOVE Amazon Grocery products and I strongly recommend buying them whenever possible. Low costs and great value. I hate going to the grocery store so I get as much from Amazon as possible and it saves me the trip AND a bunch of money!!!!

Not the most health Bar
The flavor is decent, I found the crust of the bar to be on the hard side. The sugar and sodium content is very high. It was just to salty and way to sweet for me. I thought I would give these a try, a very decent price, but I find Walmart brand to be much better and healthier than this option.
