Good Alternative for Thai Food
I bought these to make Thai Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle). While they are not quite as thick and chewy as the ones I am used to at restaurants (which I understand have to be purchased fresh), they are the best easy to find alternative. They do plump up some and absorb the sauce nicely. They are also nice and wide. I was happy with the purchase.

Fantastic!!
FANTASTIC! I've been looking for something that would work for Pad see ew noodles, and have had ZERO luck for ages, but these noodles/flakes are PERFECT! Easy to prep, easy to add to my recipe. Highly recommend!!

Perfect!
I am a big fan of this- took a gamble ordering them b/c I wasn’t sure if that’s what I needed and it turned out to be the perfect texture for what I wanted. I will be ordering these again every time I want to make drunken noodles or Pad See Ew

WAYYY overpriced!
The price is ridiculous!! The bags are so small - such low quantity. These should be about $2/each! Asian markets have them by the cases. Amazon/seller mega fail. Noodles are typical, Fine.
