Update 2.28.25: Great customer service! A representative from Zelus did in fact reach out to me regarding the defective unit, and they sent out a replacement promptly! Thank you!I ordered this in October knowing I would need it for rehab after a hip replacement surgery in November. I did not open the box until late January after my physical therapist cleared me for use. This was well past the return window. Set up was easy, and the first use went great, but when I went to use it the next day, it had deflated substantially. I filled it again, and used it again flawlessly, but by the next morning it had again deflated. It is clearly defective, but Amazon will not let me return it as I am outside the return window. I am hoping someone from Zelus will see this and help rectify the situation so I can update my review, because other than that, I really like the product!

Didn’t stay inflated
Bought to help with strength training following injury but it kept deflating. If you’re happy to blow up every time you use it then it’s not bad for the price.Returned and ended off buying a real bosu.l
