Too weak cracked on first climb
Too weak for a pool or deck ladder. Just cracked on first use. In the end I went to an engineer and got some strong ones made.

Looks and feels like excellent quality, compared to the plastic flanges bought originally. Haven't installed it yet, don't expect any difficulties.
