This is an amazing training aid. Game changer for tempo and transition. I absolutely love the wedge for short game practice. Helps you smooth out that transition like butter. Well worth the $. Love it

This really trains you on keeping your speed nice and even with your body turn. I hit shots at 10/20/30/40/50/60 yards with the trainer then switch back to the wedge and back to the trainer. If you hit a thin shot with the trainer, you decelerated. I considered getting the iron too but I think I'll save that for when I'm struggling with ball striking.

I am an above average golfer. High 70s and low 80s golfer. This by far is the best training aid for the swing I've ever purchases. Lets you know right away if your stroke is good or not and allows you to "feel" the correct sequences.

there are a ton of golf aids out there and most of them are "artificial" devices that claim to teach "muscle memory."this item is incredibly simple and intuitive and teaches proper timing by exaggerating shaft flex and then amplifying your mistakesi've found it to be a tremendous help in learning proper swing tempothat's why i gave it 5 stars

Had the 7 iron and just got the wedge. Awesome for establishing a great rhythm and feel, especially for the transition phase of the swing. Also allows for the feel of an effortless body (vs hands) release of the club head.

Really helped with my tempo and follow through. If you don’t hit through the ball it will flare right. Great club

This product really helps you to release the clubhead and make solid contact. By not moving the grip forward, I am beginning to not hit skulls, chunks and the dreaded double hits (aka the TC Chen).
