Q: My GL 235 heat circuit will not come on, senors check ok but thermostat dial at 104 temp of water 80

I had mine for many years and had 3 failures. The roof sensor failed once, the pool water sensor failed once, and the contacts inside the toggle switch that chooses Manual Test, Auto, and Manual Off caused the third problem. I sprayed electrical contact cleaner into the gaps of the switch and operated the switch 30 to 50 times to resolve that problem. Each of my 3 failures caused the heat to not turn on.

Q: Does it comes with sunlight sensor ?. If not i'm planning to buy 10k pool sensors, those will work ? can those be wired into the unit ? if yes, where?

It does not come with sensors. It does work with 10K sensors - I have used different brands of 10K sensors and it works great with any of them. The 2 top right terminals inside the housing are used for the water temp sensor and the next 2 below them are for the solar sensor. They are marked "Pool Sensor" and "Solar sensor".

Q: I've hooked it up to 240 VAC and cannot get 24VAC for the Solar Valve. Only get 12VAC and checked the valve motor selector at 24VAC - What to Do Now?

Change the jumper on the control board from 24vac to 12vac. The default value is 24vac.
