mine came with it already on the bottle. I unscrewed the pump a bit and it works

How do I close it so it won’t spill?

It’s a press to open and seal if that makes sense. It says ‘open/press’ on the tippity top of the white cap and that opens it, creating a little ledge and then you press the ledge to close it. Hope that helps!
