Makes recycling and composting super easy

This recycling bin is perfect for our needs. We have it behind our bar...it is not our main recycling center. I would not recommend it if you have a large family or a lot of recycling each week because the bins are on the small side, but it is exactly what I was looking for. I saw several reviews where people said they didn't like that the lids don't open all the way when you step on the pedal, but I don't find that an issue when I'm tossing something, and when I pull the bins out I just open it the rest of the way with my hand. I have not had any problems pulling the bins out, either. I wouldn't use it for garbage, because the bins fit so tightly there isn't really space to secure a bag. The only issue I had at all was remembering which bin was for what, so I added labels.

Great unit, easy to clean and looks good in my kitchen. Like the unit but a little over priced.

Besides the steel being very cheep, there was nothing damaged when it arrived. The foot petals work fine, and the lids actually open all the way. Just have to make sure to take out the cardboard at the bottom, or the lids won't open all the way. I got this to use as a way to store different foods for my smaller dogs so people whose intent to get a LARGE garbage/recycling/composting way - should not purchase this product! I got the 45L one and it barely fit, in one container, my small dogs 15# bag of food. Overall, this is what i needed; small and compact, multiple compartments, functional, and not heavy duty.
