Earth Pak Waterproof Dry Bag - Roll Top Waterproof Backpack Sack Keeps Gear Dry for Kayak with Waterproof Phone Case

I love this thing for scuba diving. We sometimes collect small snails and crabs for work for research and to help clean the aquariums and this bag is great. I got the 5 liter one this time because it is perfect to not create too much drag underwater and I love the double clip feature. The clip feature allows us to clip one side to one side of the scuba vest and the other clip to other side fitting snug against your body. It is nice and thick too so it won't leak. We have a larger one for our dry good and towels and it keeps everything perfectly dry. Other brands have thin material but this one is nice and thick and last long. We chose the clear one just cause it is easier to see what is in there for our purposes.

Purchased for Kaua’i trip. Packed my Rainleaf microfiber 72x40” towel, Ziitop water shoes, snacks, change of clothes, attached Sukeen cooling towel to the little built in circle at bottom of bags where you could attach keys. This comes with a phone case also. It is rolled into it when you unpack it initially. Used both on a Napoli Catamaran tour -stuffed it under the seat and did not have to worry about contents rolling out and everywhere. Believe me it is so much more functional than a Bogg bag. 😂 used it at beaches and tubing. Contents stayed dry. The strap was great- I even carried it like a purse a few times. I loved the forest green color. Closure was very easy and I did not notice an odor other than what you would expect from this type of material. When I got home I used it a water park and stuffed it into a locker also. Would buy again and highly recommend. The 10ml is the perfect size for 1 person doing day trips. I put my KYTACCU water bottle holder in this bag when I got to wherever I was going- it had my wallet etc in it. All things mentioned in this review I purchased on Amazon for my trip after reading many reviews. I am a girlie girl and not a camping kind of girl but wanted something functional- so I found this. This is versatile and shoulder strap was adjustable.

I was influenced to make this purchase and couldn’t be happier! Not only is this bag big enough to hold all my gear, once it is closed properly at the top (you roll it down toward the straps and click the fasteners) it is completely waterproof! I was on a whale watching adventure in Iceland, and it was raining steadily. As you can see from the picture, those individuals who brought backpacks suffered mightily. All the gear in my dry bag was protected. I appreciate that the large size is created with backpack straps. It made hiking much easier. You can also carry the bag from the handle that is created once it is closed. The bag is quite durable. It was moved from place to place on the boat and tossed on the ground during hikes and never showed any type of wear and tear. It’s also easy to clean. You can use a damp microfiber cloth to wipe it down. If it’s really dirty, you can run it underwater! I chose the color orange because I like that color, but also because of its visibility. In the event that I should ever get lost, my rescuers will be able to spot me! This waterproof dry bag is a bit heavy, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me because of how effective its features are. This is a big win!

Fabulous dry pack! Kept everything dry, nice large capacity, and stood up to pressure! In a pinch I even blew extra air into it, along with my gear, in order to use it as a floatation device for my daughter who can’t swim well!!

We used the Earth Pak 30L dry bag on a float trip down the Deschutes River, and overall it worked great! It easily fit two Turkish beach towels, three kids' cover-ups, wallets, keys, and with plenty of room left over. In hindsight, we probably could have gone with the smaller size. The only issue we had was with the included waterproof phone pouch. The small loop that's supposed to keep the phone attached to the neck lanyard hook broke without me noticing. I realized it shortly after we got settled into our tubes and had to jump out and make our way back to the launch area. Thankfully, someone had found my phone in the shallow water. The good news is that the waterproof pouch itself worked perfectly and kept my phone completely dry. Overall, we're happy with this product and would use it again. My only recommendation is to be extra cautious if you wear your phone around your neck. Double-check that the attachment is secure and keep an eye on it throughout your trip.

I've been super happy with this bag. I love all the sizing options so I could find the perfect smallish backpack I wanted. The bag feels super solid and I have no concerns about the fabric tearing or leaking. The variety of colors is nice and I'm a big fan of the camo mock topographical design. I've used it for electronics on the lake a few times now and would absolutely recommend it!

Love this bag! I have the 5L and the 10L. Recently took the 5L on a whitewater rafting trip in Montana. Worked like a dream! No leaks, no problem with it at all! I tested it out before I left on the trip- submerged it in a full bathtub and rain the shower over it. No water got into it….. you must roll it and close it the correct way.

I bought two of these bags, one large one (55L) and one slightly smaller (40L) because they looked durable and useful size for my needs. I was on the fence because I wasn't sure I needed to spend quite so much to have the extra space they afforded, but when I saw the quality, I was happy to have the product at the price I paid. This is good material, kind of soft-rubbery, not the hard, rigid rubber/plastic like some other bags. I used this bag on a mountain wilderness horseback camping trip, hoping to keep my clothes and sleeping gear dry. They both WORKED AMAZING! I put my large modular sleeping bag and pillow and large sleeping bag liner in the 55L, was able to kneel on it to get it as small as possible, rolled the top down, and the entire package stayed very flat, as if vacuum packed for the entire time. The 40L one I had jam-packed with as many clothes as I could fit. I also knelt on this one to make it as small as possible and the "vacuum pack" stayed the entire time as well. I felt that was very impressive, since the top just rolls down and buckles. (I did not expect my bags to ever be submerged on this trip, so I had no reservations about creating negative air pressure inside the bag. I'm not sure I'd do that on a canoe or kayak trip, but... they are high quality, so maybe it would work. I needed the bags to fit in or on a mule's saddle pack.) The bags seemed fairly rugged/durable. I plan to keep them out of direct sunlight as much as possible, just to prolong their usability. I didn't need the shoulder straps that allow you to wear it like a backpack. I worked the bags pretty hard and the straps are still attached, but they do seem to be the weakest point. I'd prefer it if they just had one single reinforced hand grip. All bags that are made of similar materials stink something horrible when they are opened, and these were no exception. HOWEVER, I rinsed the inside with 1 cup of white vinegar and let it sit for a while, shaking it up intermittently, and when I rinsed it out with fresh water and let it dry the smell was completely gone. Other campers with other bags had a very difficult time getting rid of the smell. All in all, I think the bag is very well made, and seals EXTREMELY well. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a high quality large bag to keep items dry. I also think these bags will last me a long time.

I have a bunch of Earth Pak bags and I prefer them over a lot of high-end expensive drybags.. these are truly legit! the delivery is super fast, the quality is super great, the line is perfect size wise and strap wise.. If I ever met the creators I'd treat them like celebrity. Thank you for great premium products and professional buisness with half the price of other very similar products.

The material looks very sturdy and it fits the essential things a family of 4 should carry for a trekking :)

I don’t think it gets any better as far as heavy duty backpacks are concerned
