It not perfect but the c;loser than other remeties, over the counter.
I did not have to get up in the middle of the night as often as before I started taking this Extreme Prostrate..From 2,3 or 4 times to 0,or 1 times.

Works on first use
I was skeptical but my first night it worked. Normally I would be up at least 3 times to take a pee. This time it was once. Since then I can manage my liquid intake before bed better knowing I'm not going to up more times peeing.

Do not use this!
I used this for a couple of years. At first, I thought it was helping. Then a couple of months ago I started having a problem with incontinence. I chalked it up to age (I'm 73). About a month ago I ran low, so I cut the does in half for a few days. The incontinence improved. So I quit entirely. No more incontinence and no more prostate issues. THIS PRODUCT US USELESS!
