Tried this when it was served as a dash condiment to cheese baked rice. Hmmm... I was curious so bought this and OMG... This tastes so good. It's the right piquancy of zesty, tangy and that heat and smell.... It goes so well as a dash to salad, pasta, fried chicken and even bee hoon. Can I just say ADDICTED!

Parto da subito dicendovi che NON È PICCANTISSIMO, mi aspettavo di meglio. Provandolo ho sentito più il sapore del aceto che prevale sul piccante, per un amante come me del piccante (sono calabrese quindi pensate un po’ voi) non l’ho sento molto! ma posso dirvi che usato su pietanze come pizza ,pasta o carne è perfetto ,da quella sensazione del giusto piccante sulla lingua che non stravolge i sapori , cosa che tendono di fare le solite salse piccanti.( Vi consiglio di usarne in piccole quantità visto l’eccessivo sapore di aceto) . Personalmente l’ho uso molto sulla pasta aglio e olio , è devo dire che ci sta molto bene. (Qualche cuoco ora mi odierà) Una cosa che non mi piace invece è il dosaggio.. un po’ complicato dato che devo battere sulla bottiglietta e non è mai quello che desidero .. o troppo poco o troppo assai. Ora vi state chiedendo (come ho fatto io) …SII OK , MA QUANTO È PICCANTE ?🤔 In questo tabasco viene usato un peperoncino rosso che sulla scala SCOVILLE (cosi si chiama la misurazione del piccante) oscilla tra i 30.000 e le 50.000 scaville!! non è troppo poco ma per fare un paragone con il peperoncino più piccante al mondo pensate che è di 9 miglioni di SCOVILLE 🥵 e per un amante del piccante non è eccessivo ma per chi non l’ho sopportata consiglio di assaggiarlo prima di dosarlo ! Parlando invece degli aromi sono 3 : SALE ACETO E PEPERONCINO , tre semplici ingredienti per un gusto incredibile . 📍Importante sapere che sono : SENZA additivi SENZA coloranti artificiali, nonché SENZA GLUTINE . La bottiglietta è di 60 ml ,arriva con la classica scatolina ed il prodotto e ben sigillato . È l’originale tabasco visto la provenienza , pensate che tutta la salsa Tabasco® è prodotta ad Avery Island in Louisiana. 🌍 Distribuita in tutto il mondo in oltre 185 paesi. Parlando di prezzo di questo tabasco devo dire che su amazon costa poco rispetto a qualsiasi super mercato che è altamente superiore. Per dare un voto al sapore direi 4 stelle su 5 .
